Maasai Village and Wildlife Experience

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by a representative who will transfer you to a lodge in Arusha.

Check-in at the lodge and rest. Depending on your arrival time, you might have time to explore Arusha on your own.

Day 2: Visit to a Maasai Village

After breakfast, you will embark on a journey to visit a Maasai village, where you will have the unique opportunity to interact with the Maasai people, learn about their culture, traditions, and daily life, and participate in traditional activities such as dancing and crafts.

• Enjoy a cultural immersion experience, including a traditional Maasai meal.
• Return to your lodge in the afternoon.

Day 3: Safari in Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees.

Enjoy a full-day game drive, exploring the diverse landscapes and wildlife of the park, including encounters with elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species.

In the evening, return to your lodge near the park for relaxation and dinner.

Day 4: Game drives in Lake Manyara National Park

Following breakfast, journey to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions and flamingos.

Experience game drives through the park, wildlife spotting, and taking in the breathtaking views of the alkaline lake and its surroundings.

Later in the day, return to your lodge for leisure time.

Day 5-6: Serengeti National Park exploration

After breakfast, depart for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, enjoying a scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Spend the next two days exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti on game drives, searching for the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhinoceros) and witnessing the spectacular wildebeest migration if the timing aligns.

Take in the breath-taking landscapes and prolific wildlife encounters as you traverse the different regions of the Serengeti.

Spend two nights at a safari lodge or tented camp within the park, enjoying the tranquillity of the wilderness.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater visit

Depart early for the Ngorongoro Crater, a unique ecosystem and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a full-day crater tour.

Descend into the crater floor, one of the best places to see the endangered black rhinoceros, as well as a variety of other wildlife such as lions, hippos, wildebeests, and zebras.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the crater.

In the late afternoon, ascend and head back to Arusha

Day 8: Return to Arusha for departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport or to your onward destination, concluding your Maasai Village and Wildlife Experience.
